(P)osterior (An)nalysis of (C)oalescent (T)rees

Version 0.9.3   06/29/2010    Added function "reduce tips".  Much improved NEWICK importer, faster 
                              and more robust.  Deme labels can now be arbitrary strings, although 
                              integers are still supported.  Migrate deme count is not longer 
                              restricted to 10.  Supports import of nodes labeled by BEAST following 
                              the format: [&state="A"].  Additional information provided by BEAST in 
                              brackets, like [&rate=0.01], is properly ignored.  Relaxed the naming
                              requirements, taxon names can now include '-', '_' and '.'.  BEAST
                              trees still have their taxon names imported as arbitrary numbers (the
                              mapping is listed at the top of the BEAST tree file).
Version 0.9.2   01/18/2010    Added functions "burnin" and "collapse labels".  Trunk is now 
                              determined by taking a single lineage in the "present" and tracing
                              backwards.  Each the trunk for each sample will be slightly different.
                              Labels in input names can now be multiple characters in length.
Version 0.9.1   10/15/2009    Improved exception handling.  Optimizing NEWICK tree import.  Easier 
                              compatibility with LAMARC trees.
